Kenneth L. London is a partner in the New York office. He is a member of the General Liability and Transportation, Cargo and Logistics practice teams.
Kenn has experience in a broad range of general liability areas, and primarily practices defense litigation on behalf of individuals, corporations and self-insureds against personal injury and property damage claims in the areas of automobile liability, labor and construction law, subrogation and premises liability. Kenn effectively and efficiently represents his clients through all phases of litigation, from inception through resolution by way of settlement, dispositive motion practice, trial, mediation or arbitration.
In addition, Kenn has extensive knowledge regarding the handling of New York personal injury protection(PIP), loss transfer arbitration and subrogation claims. He has served as a certified arbitrator with Arbitration Forums, Inc. for well over 500 hearings. Kenn has also given presentations advising clients how to effectively defend, as well as seek recovery of, PIP and workers’ compensation benefit payments under Article 51 of New York State Insurance Law.
